Terms of Service
Effective 1 November 2026 · Last updated 1 November 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern access to the Coachible website and coaching-business software platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Coachible on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.
The service is operated under the Coachible business name. Contact: hello@coachible.com.
2. The service
Coachible provides software tools intended to help coaches manage their practice, clients, coaching delivery, content and business operations. Features may change as the service develops. Some features may depend on your plan, integrations, availability of third-party services or technical limits.
We will describe paid features and material limitations clearly before purchase. We do not promise that the service will guarantee business results, client acquisition, revenue, coaching outcomes or uninterrupted availability.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, maintaining the accuracy of your details and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not share access in a way that breaches your plan or compromises security.
4. Subscriptions, trials and payment
Plan names, features, prices, billing frequency, applicable taxes, trial duration and renewal terms will be shown at checkout. Any free trial, including its duration, eligibility, payment details and the date any charge begins, will be described at the point of sign-up and in the checkout before you commit.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed interval until cancelled. You authorise the payment provider to collect the amounts disclosed at checkout. We will not claim a payment has been taken or a subscription activated unless the payment provider confirms it.
Where consumer subscription rules apply, we will provide the required pre-contract information, reminders and straightforward online cancellation arrangements. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights.
5. Cancellation, refunds and statutory rights
You may cancel using the account billing controls or by contacting hello@coachible.com. The effective cancellation date, access to the end of a paid period, and any refund due will be explained at checkout and in the account. Any applicable statutory cooling-off, cancellation and refund rights are preserved.
Any refund or cancellation terms presented at checkout form part of your subscription agreement. Nothing in these terms restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Your content and client information
You retain ownership of content you upload or create, subject to rights needed to operate the service. You grant Coachible a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, display, back up and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service and as otherwise explained in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the rights, permissions and lawful basis needed to upload client information, session notes, assessments, messages, images and other materials. You must provide your clients with appropriate privacy information and respond to their rights requests. Where Coachible processes client personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Addendum will apply.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Coachible unlawfully, infringe others' rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, misuse AI features, send unlawful marketing, or upload information you have no right to process. You must not use Coachible to provide regulated professional services unless you hold the necessary authorisations and meet applicable requirements.
8. AI-generated content
AI features provide assistance, not professional, legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, checking facts, obtaining consent where appropriate and deciding whether to use or share them. Do not rely on AI outputs as the sole basis for decisions affecting a person's rights or wellbeing.
9. Third-party services
Coachible may connect with third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect rights you have against us under applicable law.
10. Availability, suspension and termination
We may temporarily suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, non-payment or material breach. Where practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. We may terminate the service in accordance with applicable law and will explain how you can export your data and what happens to it.
11. Intellectual property
Coachible and its underlying software, branding and materials are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes during your subscription. You must not copy, resell, reverse engineer or exploit the service except where the law permits.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights. Any other limitations and exclusions will be finalised in the launch version and must be fair and reasonable under applicable law.
13. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or law. We will give notice of material changes where required. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
